Thanks for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We accept unworn items in perfect condition within 15 days of receiving your order. If we receive an item outside of this timeframe we can not accept it, and the customer will have to pay to have it shipped back. Items must have tags attached and not have makeup stains, deodorant marks or smell of perfume. Please read below to be sure your item is one that is eligible to return.

How long do I have to make a return?
- Returns must be delivered to our facility within 15 days of the customer receiving their package in order to be issued a refund.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
- Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed & approved. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
What do I do if my item came faulty/damaged/different size from what I ordered?
- Please send an email to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your package with details/photos and we will help you further. If the email is received more than 3 days after the date of delivery we can not offer a refund.
My item was damaged after wear/washing, what do I do?
-We are not responsible for damages if you fail to adhere to the suggested care instructions. We suggest to all customers to follow the care instructions in order to protect their items.
What should I do if I want to return an item but live outside of the U.S. ?
-Customers that live outside of the United States are responsible for paying to ship their item back to us. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to start an international return.
